I was scouting for a fall color workshop near my wife’s research site in the San Francisco Peaks close to Flagstaff. I found a stand of aspens that were so wiggly that they appeared to be dancing. I used side light to accentuate the shape of the foreground aspen trunk against vivid yellow leaves and blue sky.
