I went out to one of my favorite stands of aspen in the San Francisco Peaks in search of Fall color. I was struck by the beauty of the aspen leaves moving in the wind. In order to capture the “feel” of the scene I exaggerated the motion by purposefully blurring the trees and creating a composition to make use of the backlight and blue sky.
