I love shooting at night and am always intrigued by the qualities of starlight and moonlight. I waited for the combination of a recent snowfall on the Peaks, a full moon, a clear night, and the right vantage point. I got some help from mother nature with subtle cloud formations adding to the already spectacular sky. To achieve an accurate portrayal and feel of this scene was tedious and tricky but this rarely seen midnight view was worth the effort.
